By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the br999 platform at br999.bio ("the Platform", "br999", "we", "us"), you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the br999 Platform following any posted amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms apply to all services made available through the br999 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, basketball, UFC, boxing, and other sports), casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and any promotional offers issued by br999.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the br999 Platform. br999 is strictly an 18+ service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you are at least 18 years old. br999 may require age verification documentation at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for determining whether your participation in online gambling is lawful in your local jurisdiction. br999 does not accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. Pakistani players are specifically advised to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is lawful under the laws applicable in their province before registering.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the br999 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. br999 reserves the right to verify all registration details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
2.5 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your br999 login credentials (username, password, OTP codes). You must not share your login details with any third party. br999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.1 Account Verification (KYC). br999 is required to verify the identity of its players. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC), proof of your payment method, and a selfie verification image. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold.
3.2 Account Dormancy. An account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. br999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts with a positive balance, as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your br999 account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine funds balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from the br999 Platform may request a self-exclusion period through Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly. During a self-exclusion period, br999 will use reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching the excluded player.
4.1 Deposits. br999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform and may vary by payment method. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT transactions, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
4.2 Deposit Restrictions. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. br999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is made from an unverified or third-party account, br999 reserves the right to return the deposit and refuse to credit the corresponding br999 wallet balance.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit ("same-method withdrawal policy"). You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000 for JazzCash and Easypaisa.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. br999 targets the following processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals — within 30 minutes during business hours; bank transfer withdrawals — same business day for requests received before 3:00 PM PKT. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; br999 shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or mobile wallet providers.
4.5 Fees. br999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any charges levied by your payment provider are outside br999's control and are your responsibility.
5.1 General. br999 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements. Where a specific bonus term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail with respect to that particular bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are detailed in the individual promotion terms available on the br999 Promotions page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games typically contribute less than slots.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. br999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse of the bonus system is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, arbitrage betting, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk combinations, and exploiting system errors or glitches.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds not used within the period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. br999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where the bet is placed in error, where the offered odds contained a manifest error, or where the bet exceeds applicable limits.
6.2 Palpable Errors. In the event of a palpable or obvious error in odds, lines, or game results, br999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes technical errors, data feed errors, and human input errors. br999 shall have no liability to the player for losses attributable to palpable errors.
6.3 Game Results. All game outcomes on the br999 Platform are final once settled. Disputes relating to game results must be raised within seven (7) days of the disputed settlement. br999 will not investigate disputes raised outside this window.
6.4 Disconnection During Play. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game session, the outcome of any in-progress game will be determined according to the game provider's rules and technical logs. br999 and its providers maintain complete transaction logs for this purpose.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the br999 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the br999 Platform without prior written consent from br999.
9.1 The br999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. br999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, br999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
9.3 br999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

The outcome of br999's internal investigation represents its final decision on the dispute unless the player elects to escalate to an independent dispute resolution body.
11.3 Game results determined by a certified RNG system are treated as final and binding. Disputes based solely on dissatisfaction with an outcome that was generated correctly by a certified RNG will not be overturned.
br999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where such advance notice is not practicable due to legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the br999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which br999 is incorporated and licensed to operate. br999 does not represent or warrant that the Platform or its services comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction outside of its operating licence territory.
Pakistani players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the br999 Platform complies with all applicable laws in their province and local jurisdiction.
